The promise of ordering before 11.00 pm for next day delivery turned out to be a ball of sand. Ordered and 5.30 pm on Monday and was not given the option of next day delivery the first option being Wednesday. There were some nice 'deal of the week' products which can be viewed when you land on the home web page. There were some items which i might have been tempted to order, however there seemed no way of getting those items displayed again once you have gone on the look for your intended purchase. The free 5 days delivery is a little mean. I realise the prices are keen but why hang on to the goods for a few days after receiving payment and then shipping on a 2 day carrier..... pointless and frustrating for the customer and needless, when other vendors seem able to include next day in their price and still remain competitive. On the plus side, easy to use web site, good product filters allow you to zoom in on what you are looking for rapidly. Good prices not the best but a known and trusted company to deal with.
