I don't like the return policy where you only get a partial refund on a faulty item if you have had it for a certain period of time. I was left with no mouse last year when the cable became faulty, I wanted a replacement because I bought it specificaly because of the size and shape of it as I suffer with chronic pain and a normal mouse causes a lot of pain in my hand. I now can't find a mouse that is similar that I can replace it with, with the partial refund I was given.
