Usually has competitive prices, especially if the item has free delivery. I have bought a number of high ticket items over the years (a desktop, two monitors, pc components and peripherals) as well as some miscellaneous items from the daily deals all of which I have not had a problem with. Delivery isn't lightning fast, however it normally arrives within the stated 5 working days. (I have only used their super saver delivery so cannot comment on the more premium delivery options). Overall a good service. If prices were a little cheaper and delivery was free across the board (or they reduced the spend cap) I would put this up to very good.
