Ordering more than one item from the listing of available products is over complicated, in particular when a multiple number of a single item is needed. Many other web sites have a more straightforward layout, and I believe your ordering process can benefit if you look at them with a customer's point of view. Some products you label as 'free delivery' but the checkout seems to ignore that and automatically impose a delivery charge - then one has to accept free delivery within a certain number of days which which is hardly an incentive.
