I have seen many negative comments on the net about ebuyer, however, in my experience I have never had a problem with the company. Even when I had to return an item due to a fault the whole situation was rectified very quickly, and to my satisfaction. The purchasing experience has always been very easy and to the point, without any undue complications, which makes the whole purchase process very simple. As with any company some people will probably have problems, however, until such a time as I experience a major problem I will still keep using their service.
