Disappointing to find when decide to buy that there is an extra £10 for next day. re range of products couldn't find any HiFi equipment although there is an area for it, and on camera section there are only cameras and no extra lens types available. Enrolling to become a member kept timing out so possibly adding a little extra time for this would be useful, as well as once completed the form to go into order for a first time visitor rather than having to go around in a circle again.
