I have dealt with Ebuyer for many years, occasionally there would be the odd hiccup, but almost every time that occurred it was due to their choice of courier, which were substandard. They offer excellent value, good service both before and after sale. If i am honest the only service that outperforms them is Amazon Prime, and that is solely down to the fact if something is faulty etc., Prime replace it immediately BEFORE having to return the item. This really comes into play for example if you have ordered say a laptop that has an issue, you do not have to fork out for ANOTHER laptop in the meantime.
