I hate convoluted ordering processes so for me the ebuyer site works very well. All the information one needs is to hand, including impartial reviews (most important) and full product descriptions. I like to 'drill down' into the detailed descriptions before deciding upon a purchase and normally all the facts (and more) are well provided for on the site. However, I would like to see warranty information elevated to the top of the product details as in this instance I had to search down below the review area to find it. This is an important consideration when comparing rival outlets. My only other comment (and I am sure you are aware of this) is the similarity of the name 'ebuyer' to 'ebay'. For first time buyers I think there is a confusion about the type of products you sell as the website names are so similar. ebay is a bidding site (mostly) whereas ebuyer is a retail site selling brand new, warranted products. They are different business models but I would suggest the confusion could be more damaging to ebuyer than to ebay. I hope you find this useful.
