Item faulty but they claim that there was no fault. Having City and Guilds in electronics I thought I was qualified enough to diagnose that the antenna socket on the printed circuit board had come loose and did not make contact. I could have fixed it but it would have invalidated the warranty. Hence the TV said no signal. As they claimed there was no fault I had to pay £10 collection so I did not ask for a replacement as this was the second faulty TV they had sent me.
