I placed an order on the 26th October, 2020. There were no other option, of course, than payment in advance via PayPal. I got one e-mail confirming that the tranzaction was succesful and the order is registered. After that, nothing has happened. No e-mail, no notification, the status of the order hasn't changed. I wanted to contact the customer service, but on the website there is NO DIRECT E-MAIL address to the company... I wrote them on FB Messenger. Following that, on 2nd November they changed the status to "shipped" but no tracking number has been assigned to the order... In lack of any other option, I wrote another messenger letter to them to which they never replied. After a couple of days I sent it again, then again, then again, but nothing. Surely, I never received my item, they never got back to me and the status of the order never changed either... Please, never order form them..
