Please read all reviews. This is the worst online shopping experience ever. Ordered 3 items on 25/04/20 had to contact them after 1 week because items had not been dispatched, suddenly items showed as sent. 2 weeks later recieved 1 item, messaged regarding other items (phone number is false) they said they would send and update tracking, 1 week later nothing then started to ignore messages. I opened a paypal case to which they sent the original tracking number to basicaly say I was lying and I had received all items even though they had told me they would send the other items with new tracking. Fortunately paypal saw through his lies and after nearly 6 weeks have decided in my favour and issued refund. As previously stated please read all reviews I wish I had, this is so common with this company who claim to be in the UK shipping from a UK warehouse. Avoid at all costs.
