I found the service, products, delivery od EcoDek very good. As a DIYer this is the first deck I've built and I found the EcoDek materials easy to work with during the build. In use the deck works great, the EcoDek isn't slippery, it's easy to clean and although some green mossy growth does develop over time (winter) it is slow to do so and easy to clean off.
My only gripe is that bird droppings do seem to permanently discolour the deck if not immediately cleaned off.
However the deck is much admired and I'm very pleased with my purchase.
