Why is that ? I could understand if a compensation amount was kept for fees - but this was over 10 days rental !! The rental car company rented out the car we hired and made money - and your company is keeping our money as well !! After landing at our destination tired and weary after midnight at 2:30am (having been in transit for nearly 30hrs from Sydney, Australia to Mykonos, Greece) we arrived at the car rental office & they didn't have a car to give us !! How can they still be investigating after over 2 months with the same response every time!! Hoping customers never have a problem, because the Customer support is non existent and nothing less than an evasion tactic. *I am Extremely stressed at losing so much money !!
