I tried calling them multiple times, both locally and internationally, but received no response. I waited for a considerable time, as I had seen the car I was supposed to pick up next to their office, but no one showed up. I even recorded the closed office and submitted a complaint about their poor customer service. Despite their assurance to address my concerns within 28 days, they have now informed me that they cannot offer a refund, claiming I did not show up. This is absurd, as I have evidence showing their office closed and no one available to hand over the car key. Even when I managed to reach someone associated with the company, they dismissed my concerns and hung up on me. This experience has been incredibly stressful, and I find it unacceptable that they refuse to acknowledge their mistake and provide a refund.
