Absolutely awful experience with next to no customer service. Arrived to collect my car and they said that economy booking had not even paid them anyone money for the car I hired and needed to rent through them plus take the insurance I'd bought through them for 400+ pounds. Was left to pay £150 for cab at 11 at night to the hotel and the same back and no car on holiday. Throughout the whole holiday I did not get a reply from them, no care in the world. Sometimes things go wrong but then companies will look after you, not economy bookings. Terrible experience beware if theirs a problem they will leave you stranded, not a reputable company with and integrity or care for their customers. I highly recommend not using them and buying direct.
