THAT CAR RENTAL DID NOT EXIST
We rent a car which we did not received.
Pick up date 16.03.2024 at Guatemala City Airport.
We wait 4-5 hours calling here and there NOTHING. The contact Number was wrong number.
We had to rent a car by another Company PASS Rent a car
SO after all that we did not get REFUND, the reason customer did not show to pick up :-(
