HORRIBLE! I paid full price and didn't get the car I rented. Had to pay again.
In a nutshell - My flight was delayed, arrived to the airport after the dealership in the airport - GoldCar - was already closed. Scheduled time was 2130, they closed 2300, I arrived 2320. Returned to the airport the following day, GoldCar said they never got my reservation. Called EconomyBookings, they said it's a "no-show", so there is no refund, the charge fully, including the full insurance coverage. They suggested I should claim for a refund from the airline company, however the delay is beyond their responsibility. Had EconomyBookings been fair, they would have refunded my for the remaining time, charged me just for 1 day.
This is plain theft! Had to pay again there in the airport.
