After you make a booking, they disclose that you may not receive unlimited mileage, and you might need to purchase additional insurance to validate the coverage provided by economybooking.com. Although the document states that the payment at pick-up is 0.00, when you contact them, they respond with, "Just as you paid the deposit, you will have to pay for the extra insurance too." This results in the total cost being more than double the initial booking price. As I was on a company budget, I requested to cancel the booking, but they refused, stating that I had missed the cancellation window. Now, the extra charges paid to the car rental will be deducted from my salary. As an avid traveler who values honest reviews, I urge you to be cautious with this site—you may end up feeling scammed. The terms and conditions are so misleading that you won’t discover the hidden costs until after you’ve paid. Please think twice before booking with economybooking.com.
