I rented a car and windshield got cracked by a rock that flew of a semi trucks tire.
Put in the insurance claim and it's been a month.and still no refund. Can't get ahold of anyone. Send multiple email to get an update and nothing. Send an email to let them know I was getting an attorney to resolve this matter and still can't get a response.
