I call customer service after sending the screenchots of my reservation. And there, the drama, THE SCAM The 1st advisor told me that someone else took the car and that it is no longer available either I take the fiat 500 or I pay more and I take a ford focus (it was not possible to take the fiat 500). I had 5 advisers in all. I am told the same thing, either I cancel and I pay the costs or I upgrade and I pay more. and even if it's their fault it's their policy. After 10 minutes of debate, the guy canceled my reservation without my consent. and hangs up on me. after that my phone number was filtered. the worst customer service ever. Never seen .
