As a new business customer, we were disappointed with our experience with Ecotricity. Despite their promise of being Britain's greenest energy supplier, their customer service fell short of expectations. We faced significant delays in our shop opening due to false assurances and missed deadlines. Our attempts to communicate, even reaching out to the CEO, were met with poor responses and unfulfilled promises. We have detailed records of our interactions to support these claims.
