Zero stars, they don't help. I'm being charged between £350-£500 per month on gas alone. Now accumulated substantial amount of debt with ecotricity. Nobody will help to rectify this and who pays that amount each month on just gas for a tiny two bedroomed house. I've spoken to ecotricity multiple times to rectify even asking for someone to come out and check my boiler, they'd only do that for a charge of £150. I've got bailiffs knocking on chasing money that I can't afford. I'm a single parent, trying to make ends meet as it is, a full time working couple wouldn't even pay £500 per month on just gas! So how am I meant to?
