Absolutely do NOT use this company!!!
Prepayment key as single mum on low income... Scottish power was 30 pw now it's 75.00 yes 75.00 pw with ecotricity! I've just immediately gone back to Scottish power! I've just been given a 20.00 credit payment as I've no money left! App my meter wire ( without an engineer looking at it ) is the fault?? But yet nothing's been touched or changed in 2 weeks since switching?? Absolutely shocking! I never leave reviews but this is shocking and 2 weeks before Xmas:(
