We purchased used racking and was in very good shape with some minor dings. The pricing was very good and communicating with Jordan was very positive and he returned calls in a timely manner. They had the quickest turn around to have racks within 2-3 weeks and installed. We had one main delay, that was not their fault, but the rental company last minute couldn't deliver a promised fork truck on time, and we had to move install out a few days. They had a crew out the day after Thanksgiving from New Jersey 3-4 hours away. We had a time crunch to move in the following week and they did a great job getting it done. They were missing 8 beams during install and corrected that in a couple of days. We would definitely use them again and have passed their name onto our Forklift company that we use for rack options for their customers.
