I shipped my electric power steering motor from Singapore to UK with much hope only to get the response below after spending $170 SGD. "our engineers have completed the testing on your BMW unit and the unit has tested faulty. The fault we have found relates to the issues you have described however this cannot be fixed and therefore we will not be charging you a testing fee. The only charge there will be is for the return postage of £70 to return the unit back to you." No offence to all the sales/ service personnel. They have been professional and patience answering my queries. But i must say the outcome of the situation is disappointing to me. Perhaps ECU Testing could have managed my expectations and let me know upfront that there's a chance that ECU Testing can't fix the problem. This way I can make a more informed decision.
