I am writing to bring to your attention my profound dissatisfaction with the services provided by Eden Agency, which, regrettably, has led to a considerable and distressing situation.
In my recent engagement with Eden Agency, I encountered a distressing scenario where the assigned nanny unilaterally decided to terminate her services due to a disagreement regarding the care of my baby. This departure prompted my request for a deposit refund, to which the nanny agreed via WhatsApp communication, providing my bank details for the transaction.
Following her departure, I promptly contacted Eden Agency seeking a replacement, as was verbally assured during the initial engagement. Regrettably, I encountered a three-day delay in their response to my emails and calls. Upon their reply, I was informed that a replacement was never guaranteed, contrary to previous assurances, and the current service rates had escalated due to the urgency of the situation.
Despite my agreement to the revised rates, there was an extensive delay of five weeks before I received a single curriculum vitae (CV) for a potential replacement. Furthermore, despite my request, Eden Agency declined to facilitate communication with the former nanny to secure the return of my one-week deposit.
This situation has left me deeply dissatisfied and concerned about the level of service provided by Eden Agency. The lack of adherence to verbal commitments, delayed responses, and changes in pricing have created an untenable situation. I feel compelled to express my disappointment in the agency's refusal to acknowledge any responsibility for the issues at hand.
