Having found Eden Financial Management through an advertisment on a popular social media site, I was very dubious at how legitimate the company would be. However this was very quickly put to rest when I was contacted. I was informed in plain terms about the process I was enquiring about. I was spoken to honestly about what options would be available and as a result I felt treated as an individual rather than a statistic. John was the main person assisting me, although Alex also assisted. They were both extremely personable whilst remaining professional and were completely upfront about my enquiry and accomodating to the questions that subsequently arose. In summary, straight talking, personable and efficient. Couldn't recommend higher.
