I really don't understand the negative reviews. I placed on order for 3 spore syringes almost 2 months ago. The day after placing my order I decided to look at reviews and saw these and immediately regretted ordering. I tried reaching out to them at that point to cancel my order because I was kinda freaking out about wasting $60, but they had already shipped my order the day before and it was delivered to me 3 days later, so A+ for shipping speed. Fast forward to today, I am so glad that they weren't able to cancel my order because I would have never had the chance to have the amazing experience I ended up having with their spores. One of the syringes had leaked out a little into the bag when I received it, and I emailed them a photo and asked if they thought it was a concern and within a few hours I had a response from them apologizing and letting me know that they had sent me a new syringe to replace the one that leaked. So again, I'm really not sure what the deal is with these bad reviews, but I really felt the need to share the experience that I had. I will 100% recommend Eden to anyone who asks. Thanks for the awesome service and experience. Can't wait to place my next order really soon.
