I'm sure every experience is different and many people expect to have luck everytime with the grow bag method which is what most beginners seem to use. I've had nothing but good results from eden but I start everything on agar. Had an issue once, probably due to heat in shipping but they replaced it. I've also tried other companies but my past several orders have been from eden and I see no reason to switch.
