I bought some boots in the store in Kirkby Lonsdale in September 2020. When they became a bit faulty in January 2021 after minimal wear I contacted the team who were so very helpful and kind. They offered to exchange for the same boots which was completed in a very safe manner in the current COVID circumstances.
Not only are the clothing and footwear they supply fabulous, but the customer service is excellent.
