Me and my other 2 friends stayed at this flat in morningside for a week and I can say the the experience was very pleasant.
It was very near from te center and you can walk to the castle with ease. The welcome is very warm and kind, and they explained everything very carefully and full of details.
I will defenatly recommend this flat for a families and/or groups of friends because the sofa-bed is and the flat itself are very spacious.
From 1 to 10, I would rate it a 9.
