The flat is centrally located and accessible by bus, train and is close to most places one needs to see in Edinburgh. It is a bit small for 6 persons (it has only 2 bedrooms- but has a big airbed- and a small dining table) but we had been warned. The landlord is quite friendly and helpful. If it is spruced up a bit, the flat would be extremely attractive. However it does contain the necessities for a short stay. The local shops are close by too. We enjoyed our stay.
