Stayed with my partner and another couple for 3 nights over New Years and it was the perfect base. The flat is kitted out with everything you could need for your stay (including towels which was a surprise)and is very comfortable and wonderfully decorated. It is about 15mins walk into the city center, the walk is slightly up hill but we managed easily and we aren't the fittest people!
We loved our time in Edinburgh and this great flat made it so much better, would definitely stay here again.
