My friends and I stayed here during the Fringe Festival and were delighted to be 5-10 minutes from all the main venues we were going to. This flat is just off a main road with plenty of shops nearby for food etc. It's clean, modern, spacious enough and ideal for a festival stay - with lots of home touches inside. We were left with some basics of tea/coffee/biscuits and had great contact with our meeter who was very helpful. Very happy with this stay and would definately use again.
