Even though I made the purchase remotely the service was phenomenal - Jonathan had all of the answers to hand during our initial phone call (before I’d even needed to ask the questions), which shows his professionalism and knowledge of what customers want. As I wasn’t there in person, Jonathan provided me a personalised WhatsApp video of the watch, box, papers and tags, with instructions on the different functions. Jonathan also went the extra mile when it came to switching up the Oysterflex strap for my wrist size and getting the watch securely delivered to me. I also received status updates from Jonathan at every step of the way, which was very assuring. When I next look for a new watch, I know that Edinburgh Watch Company will be my first port of call.
