If I could mark lower I would. I ordered, I waited, got the 'your package will be delivered today' I waited...nope. Thought okay allow 24 hours again, nope. I then contacted you (not vice versa) and found despite using auto fill, somehow our house name had been removed. They'll deliver tomorrow...No. Queried again and was told the weather was the issue...we had cold but sunny...Not impressed. Finally, customer services said they would monitor from their end, I waited, It didn't appear again. Apparently, marked as in transit. I gave up and asked for a refund. That was the only bit that worked. So service worse than dreadful.
