Der Versand hat aufgrund einer „VIP"-Verkaufsaktion über zwei Wochen gedauert. Wenn man so etwas anbietet, sollte man vorbereitet sein. Versprochene Updates zum Versandstatus kamen teils nicht. Dann bekommt man einen 10%-Gutschein als Entschuldigung, der aber nur ab einem Warenwert von 30€ gilt. Er kommt also an Bedingungen geknüpft, was ziemlich enttäuschend ist. Das Produkt ist vergleichbar mit anderen Kollagenen, auch von den Inhaltsstoffen her. Rein von der Marken-Sympathie her würde ich hier nicht mehr kaufen. Auch aus anderen Gründen diesbezüglich.
