My first experience was unfortunately very bad. I bought 2 simple items that were later confirmed as “out of stock”. I was then recommended 2 other options which I was not sure if were compatible or not. The Eezee team then had to contact the supplier to confirm that, which took almost a week. Finally after various emails and phone calls I was able to define which product had to be bought and pay the difference. The whole process took 2 weeks….I had a leakage to fix so certainly expected to have this sorted within a few days. Sharing this hopefully as constructive feedback. For the time being I would honestly not use the site anymore.
