Hi, recently had purchase 1 no of Howard Leight HL400 Dispenser; this order has not been smooth, 1st there is an increase in price by the supplier, upon confirmation and delivery made - we realize the dispenser don't come with the cover; your staff told us that the supplier informed them that we need to separately buy the cover with Howard's brand earpiece! but if the dispenser doesn't come with the cover - the least should put a note on the webpage! we had enquired about this item since before Mid Jan, log the order on 21st Feb and to date, this is still pending.
