I had received the beautiful charger plates I ordered. Although they were packed beautifully and secure, 2 were cracked! I took a pic and sent it to this company immediately. And immediately they told me they are replacing my entire order and no need to send anything back and since I sent pics, they are pursuing with the shipper. Best customer service and beautiful items!
