We ordered some lights for our house which was being renovated in early Dec 2018 - 2 of the 3 line items were "in stock", the remaining one needed to be ordered and was to arrive in the UK on the 10th Jan to be delivered to us shortly thereafter. Payment was required upfront for this reason, so we did so.
No goods by the 10th Jan 2019, nor any communication to advise on progress - subsequent chasing produced no results. No email updates as promised; changes of delivery dates made when questioned; had to collect the 2 items that had become available (despite delivery being promised) - another promise on the outstanding item, which never materialised.
Finally, having let our electricians down several times, we cancelled the order and requested a refund. No acknowledgement, no refund. Evasive conversations or refusal to deal with over the phone, on one occasion leaving us "on hold" for 40 minutes.
It is now 15 Feb and we are still waiting for our refund which has been requested by us and promised by them several times. We will have to consider other action.
We wish we had checked these review sites and searched Companies House to look at the accounts before we had proceeded. So we suggest that you consider VERY carefully whether or not you should deal with this company as we would not wish others to share our experiences of dealing with this outfit. I wouldn't leave the shop without the goods in your hands.
