Saw this item on a cruise ship but the tagged price was less than the ring up price and cruise ship would not honor the tagged price. Presented this isse to EFFY Customer Service and they honored the tagged price, since on a ship it was duty free so EFFY split the tax with me. Totally satisfied. Really love the EFFY Watercolors designs.
