Fed Ex promised delivery on Thursday, so I waited in all day only to find that delivery would be the next day. On Friday, it was to be delivered from ll:40 AM on - they came at l0:30 AM.... if I had gone out and returned prior to ll:40 AM I would have missed delivery and have wasted another entire day waiting for them. You need to do a better job with your delivery system.
