Lost my filing now won't respond to inquires
I sent my notarized filing to them on 12/13/22 and didn't hear back for several weeks so I reached out on 01/12/23 to check the status and they said they would check the mail and get back to me. Several days later after not hearing anything write back on 01/16/23 to check again and this was their response.
"Sorry for keeping you waiting. But the amount of mail we received was quite a lot, the staff needed to sort the mail and then assign it to the right department, so it took a little longer than expected. I will rush her again and I will get back to you as soon as possible".
On 01/24/23 I reached out again and asked for either a solution to fulfill the contract or a refund... after that no response.
