I inadvertently put the incorrect house number on my order which I do accept is my fault. I realised this immediately and made over 50 calls which were not answered . I tried emailing and they were returned and then I used your chat service which closes for 2 hours only to be told you need a minimum of 24 hours to amend an order which was placed two hours earlier . As it happened an honest neighbour did the decent thing and delivered the flowers to the correct address! You don’t have customer service!
