Very poor service, very poor communication, ordered on Wednesday for next day delivery and paid for, still not arrived 2 days later, no response from the 20 emails I have sent, courier shows received but no movement from then, flowers were for a very special occasion as was part of a proposal now postponed due to the poor service and lack of communication, discusting service, customer service is so poor it’s unbelievable, no way to contact by phone, I’m going to take this complaint to the highest level and put on all social media how poor and advise not to use this company.
