Do not use. The website suffered a glitch after the payment stage meaning the order appeared not have been confirmed and the payment appeared to be outstanding. Entered payment details again and received order reference and confirmation. Discovered a couple of hours later that both orders had gone through so as per confirmation email contacted customer service to cancel one. They were extremely unhelpful despite the issue being caused by their website and said it was impossible to cancel. Impossible to speak to anyone as no telephone number listed and when I requested a call back they refused saying it was not part of their process.Flowers were not delivered on due date and when they were delivered the vase was broken and the flowers of extremely poor quality. This is the worst service I have received from an on line delivery company
