I ordered flowers on Tuesday 30th August as a welcome home for my mother who has been in hospital for 7 weeks. It is now Saturday 3rd September and their status, with Yodel, is showing as "With Sender". I really don't think much of your next day delivery service and the impact of the flowers which will soon be a week late is now gone. Thankfully I paid through PayPal and have my order number because I received no email from eFlorist confirming it. I could find no phone number on the website, no Live Chat facility and their contact form has a non-functioning "Send" button. I am very disappointed and will be initiating a refund through PayPal.
