Sent letterbox flowers to a friend, the condition on arrival was that they had suffered in transit, heat perhaps. e.florist have been very apologetic and understanding and are replacing them. I am a fairly regular customer and this problem was a one-off, I've sent some real beauties in other orders so I'm not put off by the current one. I'll be back with confidence, they're my go-to online florist.
