A TERRIBLE SERVICE A bouquet was ordered a full 7 days before our wedding anniversary to be delivered to my wife at her workplace on Sept 2nd 2022, expecting her to come home from work with a big smile a very nice bunch of flowers and the chocolates that were ordered. Instead she came home, walked through the door and said what a terrible day she'd had. When I asked about the flowers - What flowers was the answer. The response to my email to Eflorist was small print says delivery may possibly delayed by 24hrs. Today is Tuesday 6th Sept and still no flowers. Absolutely TERRIBLE SERVICE I've asked for a full refund and as yet no response.
